OLG Forms Joint Venture between Fantasy Action Sports League and GrindTV
The Orofino Law Group has successfully helped form a joint venture between Fantasy Action Sports League and GrindTV/ Yahoo sports.
Fantasy Action Sports League is a collaboration of Action Sports enthusiasts who decided it was time to have a fantasy league dedicated to the sports they love. Surfing, skateboarding, snowboarding, motocross, supercross and wakeboarding are the focus of Fantasy Action Sports League. Users put together teams with a set imaginary budget and then compete for prizes.
The founders of Fantasy Action Sports League came to the Orofino Law Group for legal and business counsel. We successfully steered them toward exponential growth through a partnership with a major media outlet, GrindTV. We helped them identify opportunities as well as provided legal guidance through the process.
